Jim Thomson and Rich Ruggiero of Cushman & Wakefield represented 3M in the transaction while Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented property owner, Boston Capital. The deal represents a downsizing of space in this building as 3M Touch Systems, the company's new name, was leasing 90,000 sf.

According to Ruggiero, 3M moved some of its manufacturing operations to a facility in Milwaukee, WI and some to 501 Griffin Brook Dr., a Griffin Brook Park building 3M owns. Dakota Systems also recently moved out of 10,000 sf at 300 Griffin, a 106,421-sf building, leaving a total of about 60,000 sf available.

The single-story flex building is located within the industrial complex on Route 110 near Routes 93 and 495. The facility consists of over 350,000 sf of single story buildings that can accommodate light industrial, distribution, research and development and office use.
