QMed, founded 20 years ago, provides technology solutions for cardiovascular care and diabetes treatment. Its medical diagnostic products are marketed to primary care physicians around the world. In 1995, the company expanded into disease management services with the formation of Interactive Heart Management Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary.
Schoenberg, who has repped QMed's real estate interests for more than a decade negotiated the lease with the help of Peter Hamburger, Curtis Foster and Jonathan Meisel of C&W's East Rutherford, NJ office. Jerry Richter of the Richter Organization serves as leasing agent for the 60,000-sf, three-story 25 Christopher Way.
