Moulding and Millwork, a division of Vancouver, BC-based Sauder Industries Ltd., will occupy the space as its Rocky Mountain region distribution center beginning this week, says the company's Division Manager, Sean McCabe. Ann Coggeshell of Insignia ESG represented Moulding and Millwork on the lease agreement.

"Majestic's Aurora location coupled with the building and park amenities were key factors in our decision to locate our distribution center here," says McCabe. "The facility is set up nicely for our needs and we have a great opportunity to grow and still remain at this location. In addition, the park provides excellent highway access for our business which has trucks on the road every day."

The Majestic Commercenter building features 28-foot ceiling clearance, 12 dock- high truck doors with two, 22-foot wide doors to accommodate Sauder's diverse product mix. The property also offers a large truck courtyard, trailer parking and an ESFR sprinkler system.

Established in 1926, family-owned and operated Sauder Industries has grown to become a significant North American supplier focused on mouldings and millwork in the U.S.The company's diverse client base ranges from industrial door shops to every type of retail customer. Sauder operates 11 manufacturing facilities and 26 sales and warehousing facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Purchased by Majestic Realty Co. in 1995, the 1,000-acre Majestic Commercenter is a master-planned business park five miles south of Denver International Airport. Total build-out of the Majestic Commercenter will eventually include more than 15 million sf of commercial, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facilities over the next 15 to 20 years.
