61,900-SF Brandywine Centre II Sells for $8.6M

MIAMI-Palm Beach Property Group LLC paid $138 per sf to Brandywine Centre II LP for the 61,900-sf office building in West Palm Beach, FL. Built in 1989, the property has averaged more than 92% occupancy levels.

Christopher Ruddy, founder of Newsmax Media Inc., served as an official of the buyer. Bob Sullivan and Mack Gaither of RJS Realty Group of West Palm Beach represented Brandywine Centre II LP as exclusive agents in the transaction.

The property, located at 560 Village Blvd., was built in 1989. It has been one of the city's most successful suburban office buildings, with occupancies consistently above 92% through soft real estate markets. Tenants in the building include Prudential Insurance Co. and The Weitz Co.
