Ace Schlameus with the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co. tells GlobeSt.com that the Galleria location provides better visibility and proximity to clients. EDGARfilings signed a medium-term lease, according to Schlameus.
Schlameus and Jay Kyle, also with the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The building owner, TCP LP Portfolio LP, was represented by Doug Little with Houston-based PM Realty Group. Little says the 196,289-sf building is 38% leased. Class A office space in the Galleria submarket averages $21.57 per sf.
