Big Blue once occupied the entire 43-story office tower, which was bought by Minskoff in 1994. Today, IBM uses roughly 158,000 sf of the space, the rest of which is occupied by top-tier tenants including Paine Webber, BancBoston, HSBC and Fleet Bank.
