Multifamily Portfolio Sells for $32M

LAS VEGAS-Hendricks & Partners handles the sale of the three properties, which contain a combined 764 apartment units. A Nevada-based limited partnership buys the assets from the Leo Zuckerman Trust of San Diego.

Carl Sims and Brian Anderson of Hendricks & Partners' Las Vegas office negotiated the sale. The 764-unit portfolio includes Pinewood, located at 3600 Swenson St., Mulberry Hollow, 3540 Swenson St.; and the Apple, 764 E. Twain Ave.

Hendricks & Partners, one of the US' largest multifamily sales advisory firms, operates 24 regional offices and has closed more than $40 billion in multifamily transactions.
