The units will range in size from 1,400 sf to 2,000 sf, and some of them will have double master bedrooms with a den and three bathrooms. The project also includes several other floor plans. The first phase was 85% sold as of March 6, and development is scheduled to be completed in December 2004. A second phase will contain 140 units.
This development, on the last direct bayfront property in Aventura, has a private 33-slip marina and features Mediterranean architecture. International Sales Group is the property's exclusive sales and marketing consulting firm.
