Law Firm Inks 23,724-SF Sublease at 800 Third Ave.

NEW YORK CITY-In one of several recent law firm deals at the 41-story office property, Levy Phillips and Konigsberg LLP subleases the building's entire 13th floor and part of the concourse. Cresa Partners brokered for sublessor Vivendi Universal.

Marcus Rayner, Jane Roundell, and Ed Wartels of Cresa Partners represented VU. Frederick Kane Marek and Vincent Tuminelli of the Vortex Group LLC and Daniel O. Horowitz of Julien J. Studley, Inc, represented Levy Phillips. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but published asking rents for sublease space in the building are in the high $50s per sf.
