Peakview Tower is at 6465 S. Greenwood Plaza Blvd., adjacent to Fiddlers Green Amphitheater. Pfizer will take three floors in the building along the southeast corridor.
The long-term lease was negotiated by Chuck Zeman, Senior Managing Director of Insignia/ESG of Colorado Inc., who represented the property owner, Peakview Place L.P. Pfizer was represented by Jared Andresen and Barry Dorfman of The Staubach Company.
Completed in 2001 the 264,000-sf, 10-story project is now over 70% leased. Tenants include Nortel Networks, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Robert Half International, and McDonald Investments.
