Berwind Buys 65,210-SF Industrial Building from Aetna

PHILADELPHIA-The insurance giant sells the industrial building at 220

The average asking rental rate for industrial space in the suburban community north of Philadelphia is between $5.15 per sf and $5.35 per sf, according to GlobeSt.com research. ACS will use the building as a data entry and storage facility to support a contract it recently signed with the city of New York.

Christopher Kutzler and Peter Greenhalgh of the locally based office of Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania represented Aetna in the sale of the building and also negotiated the ACS lease.
