He has successfully negotiated and managed large-scale corporate transactions. He has done extensive work on the design, construction, project management and complex relocations for office, medical and distribution center facilities.
He joined CRESA Partners in 1999. Since then, Leighton's roster of clients has included Merrill Lynch, ABC News, Gold D'Antonio & Straus, and Pro Claim. Most recently, he represented Teleperformance, a French company, in the lease of its new headquarters at 1601 Washington Ave. in Miami Beach's Lincoln Place.
