28,000 SF in Leases Signed at Princeton Meadows

PLAINSBORO, NJ-The five separate transactions, led by a 20,000-sf grocery, were arranged for property owner AMC Delancey Group by Metro Commercial Real Estate.

In the largest of the signings, Asian Food Center, an ethnic grocer, took a total of 20,000 sf. The other new tenants include Aljon's Pizzeria, which took 3,220 sf; along with Crown of India, a restaurant; and the dental office of Dr. Kadiyala DDS. The one renewal was with Meadows Opticians.

Princeton Meadows is a neighborhood shopping center encompassing 66,000 sf. The property currently has three vacancies ranging up to 2,400 sf in size.
