"It was difficult to find a single-tenant building close to town," Mart Martindale, investment officer for Dallas-based Realty America Group, says of the freshly closed acquisition for his client, the Bailey, Crowe & Kugler firm. The building is located at 4803 Norma St., off Irving Boulevard in the Westbrook Hollow section of Dallas.
The plan is to use the location for storage, primarily documents, Martindale tells GlobeSt.com. Martindale says only four buildings surfaced as likely candidates in six months of searching. The 18-year-old building is a tilt-wall construction with one dock-high loading area, sitting on less than an acre. Jason Moser of Dallas-based Certus Group represented the seller, Jet Set Corp. Inc. of San Leandro, CA.
