The new children's facility--which will feature daily free play for kids of all ages along with weekly classes in developmental curriculum--will be set in the former home of BlumbergExcelsior Inc., a law office supply company. It will feature 17-ft ceilings and a mezzanine level.
Sinvin Realty Corp.'s Roxanne Betesh served as the only broker in the deal. While terms were not disclosed, asking rents in the building are estimated at $45 per sf, according to a statement.
