Exhibitors will include home builders, developers, rental property management companies, rental and ownership communities, real estate brokerages, financial services companies and mortgage brokerages.
Past exhibitors have included Trump Ocean Grande, The Related Group, Majestic Group, Skyline on Brickell and Bank of America. Expo managing partner Richard Bronson says he expects this year's Real Estate Expo to be the largest to date.
The expo, to be held at 3555 S. Ocean Drive, is sponsored by Charter Media, Ocean Drive Magazine, Aventura Magazine, Miami Sun-Post, South Florida Business Journal and Real Estate Showcase. Affiliate sponsors include The Realtor associations of Miami-Dade County, Greater Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches, with more than 20,000 members combined.
