With more than 16 years of experience in real estate in South Florida, she has experience in sales and marketing, planning and development, and construction management. Previously, McKeon was associated with Towne Realty in Fort Lauderdale. She is a Florida-licensed real estate broker and licensed property manager.
In addition, Judith Añez has been named a sales associate for the condo project. Añez has five years of experience in marketing, public relations and sales promotion for several companies, including Lennar Homes, the Biltmore Hotel, Raceworks LLC and Robert Half International Inc.
The project is being developed at the intersection of Clematis Street and Rosemary Avenue, at the northern boundary of CityPlace. Pre-construction prices begin at $180,000. Gound-breaking is set for August and delivery is expected by November 2004.
