The lease is one of three recent lease renewals completed by Equis Corp. brokers, who also arranged a 17,830-sf sublease for the Foster Group at 330 N. Wabash Ave.
The law firm moved from another Prime Group Realty Trust property, 180 N. LaSalle St. SVP Steve Schneider and associate VP David Herbert represented the Foster Group, which is subleasing the space from another law firm, Foley & Lardner. Mark Parrish of Grubb & Ellis represented Foley & Lardner.
NovaMed Eyecare Inc. also renewed an 8,150-sf lease at 980 N. Michigan Ave. Coleen Kortum of Insignia/ESG represented Sheffield Management. Also, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation renewed a 4,000-sf lease at 150 N. Michigan Ave. Nicole Spencer of Jones Lang LaSalle represented SEB ImmoInvest.
