Steve Kolsky and Mike Fowler of Newmark represented the tenant, which is a subsidiary of the New York City-based Interpublic Group, an advertising and marketing communications company. Brett Warner of Lee & Associates represented the building owner, a private investor. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but industry sources believe the total consideration was in the neighborhood of $3 million.

Campbell-Ewald relocated its offices from Van Nuys. The company occupied about 25,000 sf in its previous location, where its lease had expired. The agency is one of the nation's largest advertising and marketing communications firms, with billings of more than $2 billion. Its clients include Farmers Insurance, Chevrolet, Continental Airlines, the US Navy, Michelin and Pier 1 Imports.
