The Park is located near Route 95 about five miles north of Providence and 40 miles south of Boston. The property consists of an 85,000-sf office building with 420 parking spaces. The site was formerly an old mill complex and was redeveloped in two phases. The first phase involved the two-story portion of the building and was completed in June 2001. The second phase consisted of approximately 40,000 sf in the one-story portion of the building and was completed during the fourth quarter of 2002. The entire property is 100% leased to PFPC Inc., a subsidiary of PNC Bank.
