Mediceutical Laboratories Inc., formerly J. Cannon, signed a 60-month lease to take the last space at 7532 Pebble Dr., a spot that's been on the market only three months. Mediceutical is a new company formed from Fort Worth's J. Cannon and a New York-based medical products supplier.

J. Cannon will exit a warehouse in Euless and an office along University Drive in Fort Worth for the Riverbend building, which will be used as a sales and distribution site for a line of medicated prescription shampoos. The consolidation is timed with lease expirations at both locations, Jeff Givens of NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell in Fort Worth tells GlobeSt.com.

Fastenal Co. took the only opening at 2560-62 Gravel Dr., stamping a 36-month lease for the office/showroom space that's been empty since summer 2002 when Tyco Inc. relocated the Fort Worth division to Puerto Rico. Givens says the firm is adding Riverbend to a roster of several smaller distribution sites in the Fort Worth area. Dennis Kernaghan Jr. with the Harry B. Lucas Cos. represented the inbound tenant.

Givens says the deals take the 32 buildings that he oversees in the 38-building Riverbend Industrial Park to 98% leased. His roster is owned by Fort Worth-based Riverbend Properties.
