The office is across the private drive from the future site of the condo tower. Galleria Collection of Fine Homes is leading the executive sales and marketing efforts for the project from the sales office as well as from its offices in the Galleria Mall on Sunrise Boulevard.
The 30-story, 163-unit luxury tower is expected to break ground in the second quarter of this year. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2004.
The condo project offers spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom residences from the $200,000s to more than $500,000.
