KING OF PRUSSIA, PA-The entire industrial building at 250 Long Road will

Locally based Long Road Associates own the building. Located in thenorthwestern suburb of Philadelphia, it has easy access to I-76 and Rte.202.

Gutter Guard supplies premium-brand clog-free gutter systems. It will usethe building as its regional sales and distribution center.

Peter Greenhalgh of the Philadelphia office of Cushman & Wakefield represented Gutter Guard in the transaction. Gene McHale of locally based Beacon Commercial Realty represented the building owner.
