PODS will now be located in the 240,000-sf warehouse building located at Northwest 97th Street and 112th Avenue. Wayne D. Ramoski, a broker involved in the transaction, says PODS plans to occupy its space at Beacon Station in June.
Ramoski, senior director of industrial brokerage services in the Miami office of Cushman & Wakefield, represented Dade Paper & Bag Co. in the deal. Gary Ploshnick of Miami-based Lucky Commercial Realty represented PODS.
Beacon Station, located northwest of Miami International Airport in Miami-Dade County, is South Florida's largest business park. It will include about 9 million sf of commercial and industrial space and amenity retail at full build-out.
