Kim Talley of the Duke Group in Anaheim represented the building owner, Lakeview Village Corp. of Garden Grove. Ed Alegre of CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Newport Beach office bargained the terms for the tenant.

Talley tells GlobeSt.com that Gambro expects to move into the space later this year after it is built out to accommodate one of the company's dialysis treatment centers. Gambro, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, operates more than 670 dialysis clinics providing treatment to more than 50,000 patients per year. Talley says the facility at the Town & Country center will be an expansion for Gambro, which operates a number of other dialysis clinics in Orange County.

The Town & Country center, nearly 94% leased, is a 207,898-sf retail center that was built in the 1980s. It is anchored by Value Plus and Big Lots stores.
