The Shaw Group Inc. leases the entire 128,000-sf, Class A building at 9201 E. Dry Creek Rd. in the Panorama/Highland Park submarket. The building was constructed in 2001, according to Eric Tupler, who secured the funding. A life insurance company, on behalf of the owner, Marc-Dry Creek LLC, funded the loan.
Earlier in the year, Marc Realty, an investment group and real estate firm from Chicago, paid $23 million, or $179.89 per sf for the building.
