The DiPierros also have leased that space to open a second Sopra restaurant location. The 6,000-sf restaurant space is located at the northeast corner of Collins Ave. and Ocean Drive.
The seller and lessor was Constructa Inc. of Miami. The lease is valued at about $2.5 million. The new high-end restaurant/night club and patio bar is scheduled to open in the spring.
