Suzanne Richie and Steven Ehrich of the Dunn Co.'s Irvine office say the inbound tenant expanded with the relocation into the building. They represented the tenant, a manufacturer that specializes in track and recessed lighting. Chris Coyte of Lee & Associates negotiated the lease for the building owner, JRMV Investments Inc.
Richie says Intense Lighting occupied 10,000 sf at its former facilities in Orange. She says the company needed more room for additional staff and equipment. The new facility is not only a larger warehouse, but is conveniently located near the 57, 91 and 55 freeways. The lighting firm had been in its old location for about 1 1/2 years.
