The Westin timeshare project will be comprised of five two-story buildings, totaling more than 100,000 sf divvied into 50 timeshare villas. Each villa will be approximately 1,500 sf. The units will feature high-end finishes including granite countertops, Jacuzzi bathtubs, fireplaces and fully equipped kitchens. Construction is expected to be finished near the end of the year. DFD Cornoyer Hedrick of Phoenix is the project architect.
