Unisys Leases 58,000-SF Facility

CARLSTADT, NJ-The IT giant will use the Wilson Associates-owned building, a former disaster recovery site, as a check processing facility. Cushman & Wakefield and Grubb & Ellis were the brokers.

The facility is a former disaster recovery site owned by Wilson Associates of Hackensack, NJ. On behalf of Wilson Associates, Lee Miller and Marc Graham of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey Inc., East Rutherford, had launched a marketing campaign in the middle of last year. The duo represented the owner in the latest transaction.

Unisys, meanwhile, was represented by Jeff Kolodkin of Grubb & Ellis. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
