Michael Walsh and Melinda Walsh represented buyer Brazil Granite and seller Oxnard Merchant VI Ltd., a partnership of local developer Martin Teitelbaum of Camarillo, CA. Walsh says the building is the largest of three that have been sold in the Teitelbaum development before construction could be completed. He says the Surfaces USA facility will be unique to Ventura County in that it will feature a 6,000-sf, high-end showroom, as well as one of the largest granite slab yards in the region. In addition to granite and marble, Surfaces USA provides travertine, tumbled stones and porcelain and ceramic tile.

The new Ventura County headquarters for Surfaces USA is a concrete tilt-up structure with 24-foot clearance and dock-high and ground-level loading.
