Jason Green of Studley's West Los Angeles office tells GlobeSt.com that the nursing school expects to move into its new building at 12530 Crenshaw Blvd. in the third quarter of this year after retooling into a nursing college is done. Green represented the buyer while Studley's Rosey Miller and Matthew Kot acted for the seller.

Green says the new facility will accommodate an expansion for Casa Loma, which is now in about 10,000 sf in the Crenshaw District of Los Angeles. No decision has been made on whether the nursing school will operate both facilities or will move all of its operations into the new building. The facility, which once housed aerospace firm Northrop Grumman, is a single-story concrete tilt-up structure with a basement. It was built in 1954 and renovated in 1994 by Watts.
