The 141,714-sf Summit is a two-story, three-building complex at 17103 Preston Rd. Gaedeke Landers manages and leases the 17-year-old building owned by US Office Holdings LP, a fund managed by Blue Capital Investments Inc. of Hamburg, Germany.
Belinda Dabliz was Gaedeke Landers' in-house broker for the negotiations while the John Bowles Co. of Dallas represented Home Marketing Services, reportedly in the market for a year. According to Gaedeke Landers, the brokers closed the contract within 45 days of the initial bargaining round. The division provides services, financing options, for homebuyers.
