A spokesperson for Trammel Crow Co. tells GlobeSt.com that the company's Boston office was hired to sell the property, but she notes that an asking price has not yet been established.
The property consists of One Cambridge Place, a 180,000-sf building leased to Camp, Dresser & McKee; Two Cambridge Place, a 72,000-sf building leased to ADD Inc. and Motorola; and Three Cambridge Place, a 40,000-sf building leased to Variagenics Inc.
Bulfinch acquired One and Three Cambridge Place in March 1998 and it purchased Two Cambridge Place in November 1998. The Cambridge market offers very few opportunities for large-scale development, making it likely that there will be a lot of interest in these properties.
