GVA Williams' New Jersey and New York City offices will share the assignment. Those involved from the firm's Parsippany, NJ office will include president David Simson, first vice president Robert Eisenberg, vice president Douglas Rowe and director Janice Sexton. Participating from the Manhattan office will be executive managing director Brian Given.
The two buildings, which currently have availabilities of between 700 and 97,000 sf, include Fort Lee Executive Park One, a six-story, 240,000-sf asset. The nine-story Building Two, meanwhile totals 360,000 sf, and the complex's amenities include a daycare center, concierge services and 75% enclosed parking. Current tenants include Computer Associates, Alpharma Inc., Daewoo Shipbuilding, Suntory Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Sumitomo Plastics America Inc.
