In his previous role, he oversaw real estate outsourcing services such as facilities management and project management for more than 750 Florida Power & Light sites in Florida. He also created a national benchmark for customer satisfaction within Trammell Crow.
With the promotion, See's position has been expanded to include leadership duties for Trammell Crow's 19 million sf of property management business statewide. Trammell Crow's Florida region, based in Orlando, was established in 1981 and has approximately 450 employees.
