The lease is valued at approximately $1.5 million. The former American bistro-themed eatery will now be an authentic Greek restaurant offering lunch, dinner and weekend late-night options.
Al Berrio is the seller and lessor of the property, located at 311 Clematis St. Athan Prakas, president/broker of The Prakas Group Inc., was the exclusive broker in this transaction.
The seller of City Hall Restaurant owns Big Time Restaurant Group. That entity also owns Big City Tavern and City Oyster restaurants.
