The Munsey was a one-time office property on Calvert St. that was redeveloped as an apartment complex. Pierside is a new resort-style apartment compound at 23 Pierside Dr. "For the first time, we are able to provide Oakwood's furnished apartments in the newest buildings on the harbor," reports Oakwood Corporate Housing district manager Teresa Ciboroski. The company had previously offered its corporate apartment rentals at the Park Charles on N. Charles St.
