This new physical space will safeguard the confidential health information that NCHS collects and analyzes."
Located in Prince George's County across the street from the Hyattsville Metro station, the NCHS headquarters structure is part of University Town Center's office phase, which will ultimately consist of 1.1 million sf. Other facets of the development to follow the office segment are a 150,000-sf retail area and 1,800 apartment dwelling units.
