The building, which won the office building of the year award last August from BOMA's Greater Phoenix Chapter, is considered the CBD's premier office development. The 476,373-sf property at 40 N. Central Ave. captured the top local award based on an evaluation of its mechanical elements, amenities, customer services, consumer relations, staffing, budget and efficiencies.

Situated in downtown Phoenix, the award-winning property is comprised of twin buildings, One and Two Renaissance Square. It features an exterior of polished carmine red granite and glass and an interior that includes a two-story lobby featuring brass accents, marble fountains and polished carmine red graphite. Crescent Real Estate's Sandy Bryce serves as the building's property manager.

Taking the honors for the Pacific Southwest Region in the 100,00-sf to 250,000-sf category was the Brookstone Building at 340 E. Palm Lane in Phoenix, owned by Case, Huff & Sanchez. The Medical Office Building award went to Healthcare Realty Services, Inc. for its Integrated Medical Plaza of Scottsdale at 9522 E. San Salvador Dr. Trammell Crow Co.'s American Express Service Center at 20022 N.31st Ave., also Phoenix, won the Corporate Facilities Award while Kennedy Wilson Properties of Arizona took the Suburban Office Park accolade for the Park One property at 2111 E. Highland Ave. in Phoenix.
