Tim Walker of Voit Commercial Brokerage tells GlobeSt.com that the manufacturing firm's new building is about the same size as its previous facility in Costa Mesa, which it has sold. Walker and Jeff Diltz of Voit represented Abbey-Scher in the deal, with Todd Launchbaugh and Don Kazanjian of Lee & Associates representing the seller.

Abbey-Scher has already relocated to the facility, which is a recently completed, single-story, concrete tilt-up building including office space, dock-high loading and 24-foot minimum clear heights. The building is the largest of five in an industrial park recently developed at the site. The development is one of a number of new for-sale projects offering smaller industrial spaces in and around Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario, where most of the construction in recent years has been much larger warehouses and distribution facilities.
