Steve Schloemer of Colliers Seeley's Anaheim office tells GlobeSt.com that the packaging company expects to move in early April into the new space, which is a relocation from Victory's 35,000 sf in an Irvine building that is due to be demolished for a new development. Schloemer, Casey Immel and Tim Joyce of Colliers Seeley represented the property owner, Los Angeles-based REIT Kilroy Realty, in the transaction. Kirk Cole of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the tenant.
Schloemer says Kilroy has completely renovated the 2911 Dow building, a concrete tilt-up structure that includes 8,000 sf of two-story office space. Victory Foam manufactures foam for packaging material and related products such as cushioning in luggage straps, acoustic baffles in automobile fenders, insulation in coolers and other applications.
