The awards recognized the pair for making the most significant contributions to the Arizona industrial market between Oct. 1, 2001 and Dec. 31, 2002. During that time, the MacWilliams' negotiated 18 leases totaling more than 1.5 million sf, sold 329,750 sf of real estate assets and hawked 44.9 acres of raw land.
The pair have worked together as a team for 17 years in the commercial real estate industry, beginning as brokers with Scott Jackson, where they worked for 10 years. They did a 3 1/2-year stint at Core-Jackson Inc. and then went to Insignia/ESG, where they've been part of the team for 4 1/2 years.
