What Shore Office Group has in mind is a complex called Freehold Business Park East, comprised of eight, one-story buildings. The site is currently zoned for manufacturing, and the project will be developed for a combination of office, warehouse/distribution, light manufacturing and flex uses.
The development site is wedged between two projects that are already under construction. On one side is Freehold Business Park, which will similarly consist of mixed uses; on the other is Turnbury East, a multifamily residential community.
No development timetable for Freehold Business Park East has been announced, although Shore Office Group is expected to start work later this year.
