Mark McAdams of C&W, who represented the auto insurance firm, says Permanent General's space is in a 63,415-sf office building at 26300 La Alameda in Crown Valley Financial Plaza. The building fronts Interstate 5, just north of Crown Valley Parkway. Built in 1981 and owned by a Boston-based pension fund adviser acting on behalf of a real estate investment fund, the building is 95% occupied and houses the USA/Canadian headquarters of building materials manufacturer James Hardie Inc.
McAdams says Crown Valley Financial Plaza has been home to the West Coast operations of Nashville-based Permanent General for more than 10 years. He says Permanent General will take 1,500 sf more space than it previously occupied, giving the firm most of the third floor in the four-story building. The building owner was represented by Greg Gilroy of Davis Partners.
