The Dover Residences is a mixed residential/commercial project containing approximately 225,000 sf located between Washington Street and Harrison Avenue at the East Berkeley Street intersection. The 47,790-sf site is fully permitted for 133 residential units and 14,000 sf of street level retail space. The site will also have 176 parking spaces for building residents and users in a two-level enclosed parking garage.
The current project design consists of three buildings to be known as The Washington, which will be seven stories and 33 units; The Harrison, which will be six stories and 55 units; and, The Berkeley, which will be seven stories and 38 units. The units will range in size from 500-sf studios to 1,525-sf, three-bedroom condominiums. An interior landscaped courtyard accessible to the buildings' occupants will be located above the retail and parking levels. Ten percent of the project will be comprised of affordable housing units.
