He brings 20 years of industry experience to the new post where he is a metro market specialist with focus on Center City owners and corporate clients. Muldoon began his career in 1983 at locally based Jackson-Cross Co., now the local affiliate of New York-based Insignia/ESG, where he brokered industrial and flex office space in Montgomery and Bucks counties.
At Preferred, he implemented a tenant retention program for the firm's 9-million-sf portfolio. He has represented such clients as Prudential Insurance Co., General Electric, Tyco, Kmart Corp., Lockheed Martin, Comcast, American Express and eBay.
