Paige's new location at the 121,000-sf 430 Commerce Blvd. is within the 65-acre Russo Business Campus, a project of Russo Development LLC of Hackensack, NJ. The signing leaves a 5,000-sf office unit available at the building, according to Michael J. Pembroke, vice president of leasing and marketing for Russo.
In the transaction, the tenant was represented by Jeffrey Prezant and Curtis Foster of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey in East Rutherford. Russo Development was represented by NAI/James E. Hanson Inc. of Hackensack, NJ. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
