The concrete decking company, which has offices in Arizona, New York, New Jersey and Toronto, signed the lease just one month after building owner Vipul Shah put the property on the market. For the money, the firm got 5,000 sf of warehouse space and 1,000 sf of office space along with more than an acre of yard space.
"For their purposes, it worked just fine," Milt Jesman, with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com. "It's set back off the road, is close to the freeways and the price was good."
Jesman represented the landlord in the negotiations. The tenant was represented by Toby D. Campbell, also with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services in Phoenix.
