A joint venture of Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate Equities Co. and GE Asset Management is the owner. Crescent's Robert Halick is the property manager.
In the 250,000-sf to 499,999-sf category, the winner was Three Memorial Plaza, owned by Houston-based MetroNational. Managed MetroNational's Linda J. Silver, the 14-story, 340,000-sf building is located at 840 Gessner in the Memorial City area, also on the city's west side.
Granite Properties Inc.'s Granite Park 10 at 15115 Park Row in the far west submarket took the honor in the 100,000-sf to 249,000-sf category. Built in 2000, the three-story, 155,783-sf building is managed by Susan S. Carpenter of Granite.
Best corporate facility went to AIG American General Life Insurance, which owns the 950,000-sf plus design at 2929 Allen Parkway. It is managed by Charles Oesch with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.'s Houston office.
